      Pros

      Its your basic contracting company - no different from most except for the below

      Cons

      I was told I had to agree to multiple and continuous background checks as a condition of employment. This includes checks of your financial situation. I refused but when they threatened to fire me over this, I "agreed" under pressure and resolved to get a new job with someone else as soon as possible. If you like being treated like a criminal or an Uber driver, go for it. If you like giving someone permission to crawl through your financial history whenever they feel like it, then go for it. Me, I'm out.

      Cons

      Pay is based on a draw, so you have to cover your monthly base pay to receive the bonus

      Pros

      Robert Half gives more recruiting tools than you could ever use, RPS, LinkedIn, job postings, AI, Zoom Info, etc... They spend their money investing back into the company.

      Cons

      They don't give any stock options or even the ability to purchase stock at a discount. It's a publicly traded firm without a key benefit most associate with that.
