Pros

Helped me build cold calling skills.

Cons

High turnover (7 of my team of 14 were gone in the 6 months I was there). Cut-throat environment; someone literally stole a high-value call list off the printer and I found it on his desk. Pride themselves on being 'sharks' One person even bragged about getting shingles from the stress when she first started. Few trainers- about 1 trainer for every 2000 employees if memory serves me correctly.
