Open management style, hands on managers/senior managers/directors who have worked up through the ranks and can give you ideas for how to approach situations Recruitment is a social job and if you are straight with your clients and candidates you can build up some genuine relationships Target driven so when you achieve that is celebrated Lots of incentives from small branch competitions to global awards Once you have established yourself you can get flexibility on hours etc. Opportunity for progression based on merit Ethical approach and constantly looking at how they can be better
Cons
Recruitment is a tough job and there is a lot of repetition As with any recruitment role, you need to work 10 hour+ days to succeed (at least initially)
