Pros

You get incredible experience working in the sales enviroment. You are able to build a great referral system and have an opportunity to add many contacts to your roladex. They are rather generous with their time off and they do have good health insurance, which includes medical, dental and vision,

Cons

The management team is one of the worse to work for. They need to fire all of them and start fresh. As an internal employee working in a staffing environment, you see how the temp works are treated, like gold. But the interal employees of RHI are treated horrible. Especially the support staff. Sales managers would receive bonus after bonus, sometimes in the thousands of dollars range, while the support staff was lucky to get a year end bonus of a few hundred dollars. Overall, not a healthy place to work out.

Pros

Hybrid, Good benefits/PTO, offered “competitions” for gift cards, cares about employees

Cons

As a recruiting manager, I felt that the pay structure was interesting with the base pay being a “draw” - meaning that you base salary is essentially commission paid to you in advance. So if you have some slow months, it rolls over and works yourself into a hole. I think it would be a better structure if it reset every month.
