Pros
The did have a great training program for someone fairly new in the business. They do have a strong reputation. Some say a good one, others disagree. They do also offer a competitive benefits package. They have a large loyal following and do have an endless database for you to make calls out of all day if that is what you are after.
Cons
They are hard core in your face numbers, numbers, numbers. If you want to work in a place where you are "just a number" then this is the place for you! Did I mention "cookie cutter"? This place is only for cookie cutter robots.
