Pros
This job is FUN. It's addicting, and rewarding, and your office is really your work family. The bonus structure is excellent, the paid time off is more than enough, and management works with you if you need time off from family/ unexpected events. Going to work everyday loving your job is another added bonus.
Cons
If you don't want to work, this isn't the INDUSTRY for you. It's a sales environment. And Sales is about numbers, no matter where you work.
