Pros

Robert Half compensates their employees fairly and it is based on performance. They give everyone a fair training and truly want individuals to succeed. They have company events that promote internal teamwork and strive to keep employees happy. There is room for growth across the divisions if you don't find the right fit the first time around.

Cons

Like any staffing firm they have the work/life balance to work on, but if you are efficient while you are at work then you rarely have to stay after 6:00pm.

Pay is based on a draw, so you have to cover your monthly base pay to receive the bonus

Pros

Robert Half gives more recruiting tools than you could ever use, RPS, LinkedIn, job postings, AI, Zoom Info, etc... They spend their money investing back into the company.

Cons

They don't give any stock options or even the ability to purchase stock at a discount. It's a publicly traded firm without a key benefit most associate with that.
