      Pros

      The top 2 things about Robert Half Technology in my mind are the ethics of the organization and the treatment of it's contractors. Each employee on my team tries their absolute hardest and is rewarded with extra time off, fantastic bonuses unparalleled in the industry and administrative support that allows you to do your job and do it well.

      Cons

      The bullpen environment is not for everyone. Robert Half is a competitive place and people who don't enjoy competition will not enjoy working at Robert Half.

      Cons

      Pay is based on a draw, so you have to cover your monthly base pay to receive the bonus

      Pros

      Robert Half gives more recruiting tools than you could ever use, RPS, LinkedIn, job postings, AI, Zoom Info, etc... They spend their money investing back into the company.

      Cons

      They don't give any stock options or even the ability to purchase stock at a discount. It's a publicly traded firm without a key benefit most associate with that.
