Pros

- unlimited salary potential with huge bonuses - very strong training program for new hires - good medical / dental / vision benefits

Cons

- the company promotes people who aren't top performers but because they follow the RHI way - bad behavior is rewarded by letting staffing managers and account executives keep sales credit on things they didn't earn to try to keep the peace - so much fighting internally between divisions on the client and the candidate side and management is not willing to draw the line between divisions - management has very limited experience outside of RHI so they are not willing to initiate change and continue to see the old school way of thinking as the best way - the employess are backstabbing and gossipy, they will do whatever it takes to come out on top and the managers encourage this behavior by not putting a stop to it - zero flexibility between the hours of 8 - 5pm and employess are never allowed to work off site - too much daily oversight for top producers who are bringing in job orders (who cares how many calls were made if 10 job orders were brought in?)

Pros

Good comp plan. Good management. Expectations and standards are high but achievable.

Cons

Job is very fast-paced, but that is to be expected at a staffing agency

Pros

Success with other departments - just not in mine

Cons

Complete bait and switch. I accepted this position under one manager, only to find out after resigning from my previous job that I would be reporting to someone else entirely. There was no meaningful onboarding, no training materials, and no support system in place. My manager openly stated that there was no monetary value in helping me succeed and made little effort to train or develop me. Requests to shadow and learn the business were dismissed in favor of keeping me on the phones. Instead of being set up for success, I felt actively prevented from growing. HR was equally disappointing. I raised legitimate concerns and never received a response. The organization talks about development and support, but my experience suggested otherwise. Joining this company was one of the biggest professional mistakes I have made.
