Pros

Intitial welcoming was nice, some employees were great to work with and respectful.

Cons

Management consistently lacks transparency and demonstrates noticeable favoritism within the team. Leaders often speak negatively about employees among themselves, creating an unprofessional and uncomfortable environment. Salaries are low compared to the workload, and there is little to no work–life balance. Additionally, some staff members have made inappropriate and discriminatory remarks toward candidates, which contributes to a toxic atmosphere. The turnover rate is high, and although many employees are dissatisfied, they feel pressured to appear positive in front of management. Advancement requires taking on an unrealistic amount of work, and employees are regularly working after hours without compensation to catch up on the workload—something management is fully aware of but chooses not to address. There is also significant age discrimination. Older employees are often treated disrespectfully and pushed out, with leadership attempting to cover these actions through misleading explanations. Accountability is consistently avoided, and the reasons for employee departures are rarely communicated honestly. Management notices when recruiting managers treat others poorly but doesn't pay any mind because they want the recruiter to stay with the company because they are focused on the monthly income made.

Pros

Great in finding contracts for contract workers. They got me a remote job that allowed me to work from my home in the Midwest for a job in California.

Cons

Can be hard to reach at times.

Pros

Hybrid, Good benefits/PTO, offered “competitions” for gift cards, cares about employees

Cons

As a recruiting manager, I felt that the pay structure was interesting with the base pay being a “draw” - meaning that you base salary is essentially commission paid to you in advance. So if you have some slow months, it rolls over and works yourself into a hole. I think it would be a better structure if it reset every month.
