Overall I had a really positive experience during my 4 years in the Reading, Robert Half office. As an experienced recruiter, I was left to get on with the job in the most part and was always given support as and when needed. Some really great characters within the business, mainly Matt Weston, who is extremely impressive with his aura and charisma.
Cons
Business was beginning to change into a more KPI driven environment, which is not a criticism as needed in difficult times, especially with less experienced members.

Great in finding contracts for contract workers. They got me a remote job that allowed me to work from my home in the Midwest for a job in California.
Cons
Can be hard to reach at times.

Thank you for your 5-star review! We're pleased to hear we were able to connect you with a great remote opportunity. We also appreciate your feedback about communication and will continue working to provide the best possible experience for our talent.
Complete bait and switch. I accepted this position under one manager, only to find out after resigning from my previous job that I would be reporting to someone else entirely. There was no meaningful onboarding, no training materials, and no support system in place.
My manager openly stated that there was no monetary value in helping me succeed and made little effort to train or develop me. Requests to shadow and learn the business were dismissed in favor of keeping me on the phones. Instead of being set up for success, I felt actively prevented from growing. HR was equally disappointing. I raised legitimate concerns and never received a response. The organization talks about development and support, but my experience suggested otherwise. Joining this company was one of the biggest professional mistakes I have made.
