Staff is very hard-working. Always doing their best to complete work on time and to scope. Subcontractors are always willing to go the extra mile to make sure the quality of work is excellent.
Cons
Owners unreasonable expectations of what it entails to run a successful business. Constantly screaming and throwing tantrums about things totally outside of employees control. Refusing to pay contractors for completed work. Owners lying to customers. Promising completed work when the owners know no resources to complete said work exists.
