The process was very informal and unorganized. I was interviewed by the owners wife, the person whom i would report to and the HR person. I basically just went over my experience and qualifications. No real questions about my previous work experience were asked.
They offered me the position and i accepted, only for them to retract the offer 7 days later. No reason was given why the offer was rescinded.
