Great coworkers, good location, okay benefits. The work is interesting at first.

Where to begin? High turn over, low pay compared to other companies, management putting customer desires before the well being of employees, toxic work environment where you are discouraged from bringing up issues and you are punished if you do. Bullying is a known issue which HR doesn’t address. HR is unresponsive and unhelpful and often forget to start people on health insurance.
