      Excellent company but sadly a bullying mentality within management - Store Manager Rituals Employee Review

      Pros

      Great pay Good products Training needs improvement as one store who in particular mentors new store openings was horrific . The manager was a bully , didn’t want to teach anything and did not make you feel welcomed at all. However I’d put in a position of trust within the company . This was a negative experience for me and not the best welcome to the role.

      Cons

      Long hours The cashing up process takes up to an hour after closing a store which you’re not paid for. Hierarchy is everything within the business

      - nice area and store product

      - rude - the workers there are like forty years old crying about a non-commission sale to a 16 year old
