Rituals interview questions

I appreciated how responsive and transparent the recruiter was throughout the interview process. I didn't get the role but it was a favorable interview experience overall. The questions were relatively straightforward and in alignment with the position.

Had a zoom interview, however, the whole time he clearly wasn't listening to me and fiddling with things on his desk. Knew from the start of the interview he already knew I wouldn't get the job. Didn't receive any outcome email, which I find rude.
