      Beautiful products and the company have a strong outlook.

      Cons

      Overworked and under appreciated. You're expected to go above and beyond for the company with no recognition. You're expected to work over your contracted hours everyday. Targets are unrealistic. Extremely cliquey, especially from higher ups.
