      Pros

      The values and ethos of rituals. Meeting new faces. Benefits eg free product allocation. Rituals training very thorough.

      Cons

      Manager - I would ultimately advise working with Manager N.S. Bullying culture in store where team are afraid to speak. Breaks taken away from them. Hostile environment where we are have to pretend all is fine for the big bosses. Rituals is a great company to work for but not with this particular manager. A charade best way to describe it.
