      Strong support from superiors, healthy and open communication on all levels, always listening to frontline team suggestions to improve

      Cons

      Could be a con for those that want to have all policies in place and a clear structure to follow from the start. The company is relatively new and growing extremely fast and always changing. I personally love the fact that I often have to use my own initiative and find solutions.
