Pros
I noticed the manager was not communicative with employees, our sub manager she was great but pushed to have our image covered as much as possible, were we lacked.
Cons
Not much growth and no effort to try to learn sales tactics to increase sales. No training as per other stores. Was informed would be a 5-2 ratio but turned out to be a 6-1 ratio on 20h a week.
