      Very kind team and sweet manager

      Cons

      So many rules attached from the company, extensive training which is quite useless in practice. They make you say specific things and recommend products to clients, which is often just annoying for the guests. Many secret shoppers and there even is a policy to check the bags of employees after shifts, which is a rude sign of mistrust. Normally I would not mind many rules being attached to working at a company, but Rituals is way too strict for a company that pays absolute minimum wage.

      - rude - the workers there are like forty years old crying about a non-commission sale to a 16 year old
