Management is in chaos. Outside contractors (like Thoughtworks) are causing employee dissatisfaction. Management should rely and focus on the experience and domain knowledge of FTEs rather than contractors who are incompetent. These contractors are costing the company millions of dollars and FTEs are losing their jobs.
