If you are not willing to be all Orange all the time, you will not advance. If you are not one of the 'boys' you will not advance. The pay for anyone who is not is higher management or sales is abismal but you are expected to work and carry the responsibility of someone making 6 figures.
There needs to be a change in the upper management in most of the divisions. RBA pushes safety, fairness and a harrasment free environment and that is not what you get. Safety is top of mind but long hours and pressure cause many to cut corners or be tired enough to get hurt. Nepotism is a huge problem in the company as is the promoting of 'drinking buddies'. People who have been warned or suspended for harrasment are sometimes brought back to work and those in higher positions are not dealt with if they commit harrasment.
