Pros
Good salary, good benefits, nice facilities. Most of the employees are really nice and really smart. People want to do a good job.
Cons
Don't believe the positive reviews. HR is requesting employees submit positive reviews on glassdoor. Why doesn't senior management actually try to change the environment rather than fake it with false reviews. Senior management doesn't know what they are doing. They failed on a new product release last year and can't seem to get it right. The new CTO seems to know what he is doing, but the new CFO is rubbing people the wrong way.
