Pros
RMS is a very good company to work for. It is very flexible, very good work / Life balance quality. Not only the product is very interesting but RMS is trying to tackle key challenges of the insurance industry on the nat cat side. RMS has now build back a good credibility on the market and is still viewed as the reference. Colleagues and atmosphere is very nice-
Cons
Products still need to be further developed to mee the needs of the industry. Both RMS and the insurance industry shall be synced again soon.
