Run! Get out! Avoid this company at any cost - Manager Rise Interactive Employee Review

The new CEO-Larry is unfortunately gone- and all new leadership coming from Quad don't understand digital marketing so there's no clear direction. They are running the company to the ground, managing this as its a printer in the 80s. 4 days a week in office, the cut maternity leave in half (8 weeks now). They just closed an entire office and continue to fire people. There's no room for growth if you are remote, the company doesn't care about you. There is a lot of retaliation if you complain.
