Pros
1 - Casual environment where nobody cares what attire you wear 2 - Fun jobs and products 3 - Cool people; everyone here is a nut in their own way
Cons
1 - Pay is lower than some other local places 2 - No remote work? Sorry...2010, is that you calling? Please allow people to just work remote if their job can be done from home. 3 - Hours are long. Let people determine their schedule and what works best for them; some people do better work at 7 am; some at 10 am... 4 - Benefits are pretty bad. Healthcare is expensive, confusing, and needs to be reworked for 2023. 5 - Awkward tension - RJ is growing rapidly, but there are murmors everywhere about how stressful it is that we have such unobtainable goals and still focus on things outside of the scope of our MBO's. Having a clear path would be helpful.
