I interviewed at Ripple Junction (West Chester, OH)
Interview
Two interviews, one with Manager and then second with the whole leadership team. Leadership team was very friendly and listened intently. You even meet with the Owners of the company.
I applied online. I interviewed at Ripple Junction (Cincinnati, OH)
Interview
Had a video interview with the Art Director that went well. He seemed like a great guy, and really took the time to get to know me professional as well as some personal interests as well. I ended up getting assigned a "test project" that turned out to be multiple projects that took more time than I would have liked. I got the job offer and the work itself seemed like it could be fun, but declined b/c it was a low ball offer and they weren't willing to negotiate the on-site work location or increase the offer at all.

What is your knowledge and experience with licensed product?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Ripple Junction in Apr 2024
Interview
I did an initial phone interview with their recruiter, followed by an interview on Teams with the hiring manager which lasted over an hour. Next I was invited to meet in person in their offices (a 2-hour drive for me) to interview with two more people for another hour. After all that, I was ghosted. Even after sending a follow-up, I never heard anything back. I understand not getting the job but ghosting a candidate after three rounds of interviews is unprofessional and inconsiderate.
