      Pros

      Decent pay. Junior staff members are nice and do their best.

      Cons

      Senior managers were aggressive and unpleasant. People felt the need to work late. Customers were being ripped off due to clever terms and conditions. The business is built on spam emailing. A Ferrari driving egotist is leading the show and makes a mint.

      Management are really positive, helpful, and encouraging. Everyone seems very happy to work there and the work/life balance is excellent.
