You'll learn a lot within the first 3 months (probationary period). When you're done with RinggitPlus - you can say that you've graduated from the MIT of tech startup.
Cons
Lots to do under little time. Constantly feeling pressured which will eventually lead to an unhealthy lifestyle when you work at RinggitPlus. From stress eating to multiple MCs due to migraine.
