Pros

RMC has always been a really great environment to be in, from the free lunches, to the people that you're surrounded by, it is just a generally great work experience. Exposure to partners and clients are something a lot of agencies don't give to all of their employees, but at RMC it happens on week 1 for everyone.

Cons

If you are used to working at a larger company (500+ employees) this could be challenging since RMC is built to be more nimble than a large agency.

Pros

Great entry level role for students interested in marketing. Ability to take on different projects. Some organization/file management etc. Learned a lot in my ~6 months.

Cons

Very small team, which can be good for some people.

Pros

RMC provided the opportunity to gain experience in event planning, branding, negotiation and mediation skills, as well as how to successfully take on new responsibilities. With RMC there is a chance to work with a range of clients. For example, I helped to carry out a marketing campaign for a well known coffee distributor, the re-branding of a family healthcare provider, and act as PA on set for a commercial shoot. Overall I found RMC to be both a highly productive and rewarding place to work.

Cons

The employee positions offered within the company seem to change as accounts close and new accounts are acquired. That being said, I think it is also true that an employee who shows a strong desire to stay on and is who is also an effective team member will potentially be given the opportunity to stay on.
