Pros
Large company with significant prsence in the marketplace. Independence and desire to grow has dwindled to non existent however.
Cons
Where to start... Very top down heavy handed management. Little consulatation or input from Regional Managers or CMs for what is happening within the business units. Morale at near negligible levels in all three Canadian Business units.
