Pros
Great co-workers who work hard because they care about customers.
Cons
Management are bullies. Not customer focused, just care about doing it cheaply. Industry is in a tailspin and Rexel is not properly planning. Too many job cuts. Employee leaving left and right to go to competition. Never hear from the CEO. Hardly see the general manager. Upper Management does not partake in inventory counts - WHY?!
