      -You are in control of the commission you earn. -Work closey with vendors to understand new products. -Company website is a great resource for product knowledge.

      Cons

      -Terrible work environment, constant gossip and back stabbing. -Management? Managers are just glorified sales reps. -All employees complain daily about their job. -Need I go on? :)

      A well established multi-continental company.

      Cons

      It's a giant company. They do a pretty good job of disguising that and it's been a great experience.
