      Pros

      I joined Rewold, previously known as Covanta, in November 2022. My experience with the company has been rewarding in many ways. My manager has been very helpful in ensuring I have the tools and resources to excel in my role. Being new to the waste industry has opened my eyes to the meaning of sustainability. My peers have been incredibly supportive, truly embodying the phrase, "teamwork makes the dream work." I don’t know what the future holds for me, but for now, Rewold feels like home.

      As someone on the front line of safety, I would love to see more safety regionals in various locations.

      It is a really good place to work with a highly supportive environment. The coworkers are great, team-oriented, and easy to collaborate with.

      Good pay decent benefits plenty of good coworkers

      Very dirty old facility’s . They don’t care about people you are just a number. Hr is judge jury and executioner. I was falsely accused of something and terminated. I never got to defend myself. I was called to management’s office told there’s an anonymous report on me and told to go home unpaid. After an investigation where I was unable to defend myself, I was terminated without ever being able to see my accusers because they were anonymous. This is what they do to you after almost 24 years of dedication to the company no prior disciplinary
