Covanta and its leadership team take diversity and inclusion very seriously. The Executive Leadership Team is a diverse group of individuals, who focus on operational excellence, company values, and growth. There are 6 strong ERG groups within the company and growing. A great opportunity for all candidates with diverse backgrounds.

      Tell the Covanta story to the outside world. There are many misconceptions on waste to energy, as this is a better solution for the Environment and carbon footprint than landfills.
