Amazing, passionate, leadership at all levels. Everyone is very good at hands on training, great insight shared from all levels and successful AE's. Good compensation and benefits, including 401K. Love this company's enthusiasm and desire to help others while pushing you to be the best you can be. Also implemented career path for AE's. They listen to their employees, which is a huge PLUS.
Cons
Need to have patience with yourself on the sales side. There is a lot to take in and also, serious strategy on how to get in front of decision makers.
