5yWe appreciate your perspective. Yes, we did change in 2020, the world changed in 2020 and Rewards Network had to learn to operate in an unprecedented environment. As always, and especially throughout the pandemic, we not only encouraged, but demanded a safety-first mentality. Our Account Executives, in the past and now, have the opportunity to perform their job responsibilities from home, going into the field when comfortable. Our Sales Incentive team adjusted our variable compensation plans by product, allowing our field sales Account Executives to earn more in light of the changes in the market and with our clients. This environment has required all of us to quickly adapt and pivot on strategy. RN has even sent PPE supplies to all of our field employees with their health in mind.
Rewards Network participated in the FFCRA program which provided any employees impacted by COVID with paid time off. Furthermore, Rewards Network provided employees with additional holidays and time off intended to provide time to unwind and connect with their family and friends.
