job can be challenging and management often overlooks the negative aspects of the job. All about making money and not looking out for the customers best intrests. Meeting sales goals can be hard in some territories. they need to look at the bigger picture sometimes. Commission structure needs to be reevaluated. No money in marketing only deals and take a lot of time to manage
