Pros

Great people who are always happy to see you and care about what direction you're going in. Management is very progressive and are constantly providing support for team growth and company expansion. The managers and co-workers are very supportive and want you to succeed through hard-work and dedication. We receive free lunches often and have monthly birthday meetings with cake. Filtered water, pop in the fridge, and as much hot chocolate as you can drink. Amazing atmosphere that allows you to focus on work.

Cons

There are no cons. Management does their best to ensure that the Inside Sales Team will be progressively growing and developing to meet our quota.

Pros

Ability to run your own business with support of a company behind you. High earning potential if you are a real hunter, professional salesperson, and self-motivated. Great people to work with and great product to sell. Excellent benefits and higher than norm 401k matching. Unlimited PTO but need to hit your numbers - it's a sales role, after all! What else would you expect?

Cons

Working with restaurants is fun but challenging too.
