Pros

Teaches you the systems and theories in order to be successful in sales.

Cons

bad hours, with minimum wage, high turn over rate, constantly talking to neg customers in costco/sams. For pay, you either get your commission or your hourly depending how you did that day. I know.... its confusing but they imply that they keep minimum wage or else employees dont try very hard. I made more money as a part time associate in a retail store than here.

Pros

There are So many positive things about working in this industry. Between the work we do for our clients, the different business partners that we have that are helping us grow every single day, to the development of people into business savvy individuals that can help manage and develop this industry. My favorite part is yes, it is a huge commitment, but we have such amazing relationships with the people around us that we have built some lifetime Bonds. Some of the people I work with now and management, or some of my closest friends. The company culture here is all about working as a family, from our giant companies you work with, to the smallest. I’m really excited to see what the company does with in the next few years, with the guidance of all the top people working at it every single day.

Cons

Obviously learning executive management will take a long time, and a lot of work, and a huge level of commitment. Our system of business works, but it is definitely not for everybody. So we make sure to open a very positive and exposure based structure, so that somebody knows exactly what we do, and how much we do, every day. Also there is no room for anything gratification, is it takes time brandin obviously learning executive management will take a long time, and a lot of work, and a huge level of commitment.
