Pros
I enjoy working for a company that values autonomy. During previous employment opportunities the majority of the work I did was micro-managed and my satisfaction level was low. Coming to a place like RevTrak was refreshing because I now get to put a large imprint on the work I do and feel it has allowed me to grow as an employee & person.
Cons
Autonomy doesn't work well for employees who are not self-starters and don't give an honest effort. This type of person may try to take advantage of the freedom but will not succeed here.
Also, there is no shortage of snacks, candy, soda and people often bring donuts for the office - it's hard to maintain a healthy weight if you have no self-control! It is both a good and a bad thing.
