Pros
I felt unsure of myself when I first joined Retalon. From day 1, I have been supported in developing my skills every step of the way. The team works very well together, constantly breaking down any issues that pop up. So, if I am ever stuck in my work or begin feeling overwhelmed, there is a structured approach that the team uses to help resolve the situation. Goals are clearly outlined, so we 'have a common enemy' which means everyone is working together in one direction instead of being competitive with each other. We are always encouraged to complete additional certifications/courses that we are interested in doing. Overall, the company is very motivated, growing consistently since I joined. And, I like the people I work with which makes the day-to-day enjoyable.
Cons
I started at the on-set of COVID and we have been working remotely. As such, I feel like a have very little interaction with some of the departments and people in the company. We are able to work from the office now, but most people prefer to stay remote.
