      Pros

      It's been interesting to see how the company has changed over the few years I've been around. There is a lot more structure, guidance, and support than my earlier days. I feel that I am now surrounded by very innovative people, and learning a lot about industry and technology.

      Cons

      Early on there was less training in the on-boarding process than I would have liked, but this has recently changed and it gives me more confidence in what I'm doing.
