      Pros

      My team is very collaborative and I feel as though my manager has my back. I'm excited about our product offerings and feel like we're doing something unique. I like that we have an open PTO policy and can work from home.

      Cons

      Sometimes things can change suddenly. It's not a huge deal becauseI think it should how agile the company can be. But it's not for everyone. If you need a lot of structure this is not the place for you.

      Pros

      Resonate is an amazing company with a supportive culture and leadership that values employee input. There are plenty of opportunities for professional development. The work-life balance is excellent, with flexibility in work location and a strong focus on well-being. Overall, it’s a great place to be if you want to feel valued and grow in your career!

      Cons

      It might be a good idea to take a closer look at the executive team to make sure they're aligned with the company's long-term goals and improve transparency.
