Good place to get early career experience - Anonymous employee Resolution Copper Mining Employee Review

No room for advancement - all managers have been there for multiple years and there is no place to move up in the company. No personal or career development or guidance from managers. Managers have no managerial skills and annual reviews are a joke for the most part (managers decide at the end of the year goals weren't good once its too late to do anything). No corporate guidance on career paths, promotions, wages, development, no trustworthy HR that problems could be discussed with, people get in trouble for calling the whistleblowing hotline. Lower level employees are used to make the managers look good to their bosses and don't set reasonable goals. Business doesn't seem to have a good sense of direction or what their outlook will be past six months.
