RC is a joint adventure between riotinto (majority holder) and BHP. Somehow because of that, the culture here does not fully reflect that of riotinto's. It's stagnant here, with managers who have outdated views. Many of the mangers have poor people and management skills. I have asked to discuss a raise on multiple occasions and have been told by my manager that they do not have any control on that matter. Then who does? It is hard to get any kind of promotion here especially if you are more on the data collecting/ tech side. Little room to grow. I have experienced sexism and have witnessed racism. RC commonly just likes to throw you into roles or new tasks with little to no training, and you are expected to just figure it out with little support--I consider myself very independent and can usually figure things out on my own, but it is bad here.

Terrible Toxic environment. People make things 10 times harder for no reason. Lack of collaboration between the members of the resolution team. Total lack of ownership. Run Away from this place.
