No sales, no pipeline to speak of, no leadership in BD, CEO blames everyone for no business, antiquated processes from the 80's, lack of ability to compete, desire to do things exactly the way they always have.

I have worked here for upwards of 2 years and it has always been pleasant. There is a need to feel like a close-knit family and as a remote employee, I never feel alone.
What I find very fundamental and commending is that, even when you know you are not functioning at your optimal, they always encourage you and they are never in a hurry to hit the gavel on you. It is truly a company that cares.

A few sub-standard technological resources, makes work sometimes tedious.

When it comes to a family culture that prides itself on work life balance, this is the company that sets the standard. The leadership team values its employees and takes the time to learn each person's strengths and put them in roles for success. The benefits are comprehensive and at times of financial success, the Leadership team opted to give bonuses to employees at all levels rather than just the top tier. The company is dedicated to ensuring that the sponsor's needs are exceeded but not at the cost of the employees. They embrace change, efficiency, and integrity. Coming from “Big Pharma” companies, this is the first place that I know my hard work is appreciated and that what I do truly makes a difference. I would recommend this as a positive work environment where you can continuously grow and develop your skills.
Cons
As with any small-mid size company, the salary may not be a high as large companies but they do a great job supplementing that with a comprehensive benefit package, company culture, and work life balance.
