Pros
RFA has a great team. Everyone is passionate about their work, making it a rewarding workplace. I learned a lot during my internship and the team made me feel welcome.
Cons
I was online at the time since it was so soon after the pandemic which made it a little more challenging to get to know my co-workers, but that wasn't really the company's fault. The pay was pretty low ($8/hr), but for a first internship, I wasn't that bothered.
