      Really great company to work for, offer loads of opportunities for training and promotions into junior roles and my experience all of my managers have been really helpful in developing my career and skills.

      pay is low for amount of complaints and extra changes dealt with fast paced calles AI graded metrics, some mistakes by AI go unnoticed health insurance is horrible
